Welcome to the NEW Elysian Independent Winter Guard website! We are an independent winter performance organization based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Formed by Randall B. Waters in the Fall of 2006, the guard performs throughout the Eastern United States in the Independent Open classification. We are members of the Southeastern Color Guard Circuit and Winter Guard International, and are entering our fourth competitive season!
